2. Description of Service

Ship by Sunday provides Friday Idea. Sunday MRR. AI generates your Micro-SaaS overnight. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees if you are on a subscription plan.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of your access to paid features.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ship by Sunday and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship by Sunday and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
